The PharmaTech Lab project uses real-time image processing to automate and control medicine production processes.
Manufacturing of reliable pharmaceutical products require extensive supervision. Effectiveness is guaranteed only if certain criteria were met. Our goal is to improve the reliability and effectivity of the pharmaceutical production lines with computer vision technologies.
After granulating the medicinal components, the blobs can be examined with industrial cameras to get information about their homogeneity, proportionality and fluency. These results can be used for granulation and composition validation.
