ChemoColor - evolution of bone eating bacteria (osteoclasts)

search

The ChemoColor application is aiming for the tracking of osteoclast (bone eating baceria) evolution. On one hand it is used to derive color distribution statistics from a massive amount of microscopic images, and on the other hand, it contains functions to quickly mark the boundary of the osteoclasts in an image. This allows us to derive statistics on size distribution using significant number of images.
